Words mean different things to different people. They can make or break a user experience. However, words cannot be created in isolation. By the end of this course, you’ll understand how to work with a multidisciplinary team and design content experiences for an end-to-end customer journey.

Course length
The course is approximately 36 hours. There’s no time limit, so take your time. As a reward for finishing, you’ll know the basics of content design and can get started in your career.
Course format
Online and on-demand. You’ll receive an account to log in and take the course wherever you are.
