Please choose your merchandise carefully. We do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind. Carefully review your cart before you make a purchase.

  • an error in printing or production 
  • products arriving broken or damaged.  

If your order meets the above criteria, email us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist with a return or refund: [email protected]  

In the email, provide your order invoice, with your:

  • Name 
  • Order email 
  • Phone number 
  • Shipping address 
  • Description and images of the damaged product. 

If the order meets the criteria, we will: 

  1. ask you to ship the product back to us 
  1. review the damage, once we receive the order 
  1. confirm if the damage meets requirements 
  1. organise a replacement or refund of your order (minus shipping fees). 

The Merchandise Return and Refund Policy does not cover damage to products arising after delivery to you, the customer. 

If you return items to us, they must be in their original packaging with any tags attached. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once initiated, refunds can typically take up to 30 days to process, depending on your bank.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Merchandise Return and Refund Policy. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
