Course overview

This course will take you from writing unstructured AI conversations to designing intentional prompts that consistently produce on-brand, accessible and responsible content.

You'll learn a practical prompting framework and how to embed your brand's voice and content governance when working with generative AI. You’ll develop skills that allow you to critically review AI outputs.

By the end, you'll have a reusable and scalable prompt library. You'll also have the confidence to use AI ethically in your day-to-day work.
  • Practical prompting framework

An asset you can reuse every time you want to engineer prompts. The framework follows industry best practice, so your AI’s output is consistent, accurate and validated.
  • Reusable prompt library

Build a prompt library around your brand's voice, terminology, governance rules and content standards. Know how to keep refining it as your needs evolve.
  • 7 ready-to-use resources

Every lesson includes a template or checklist that you can download and use straight away — from a prompt writing foundation template to a bias and accessibility review checklist. These resources help you become the orchestrator of AI, not a passive bystander.

Learning goals

  • Understand how to embed generative AI into your work
